並且至本部「勞工福利資訊網」線上系統(網址:https://bit.ly/32uGums)完成申報。

※註: 職工福利金條例規定,50人以上之企業應由雇主及職工提撥職工福利金,設置職工福利委員會,辦理職工福利事業。

Such employee benefits are jointly allocated by the company and employees through an employee welfare fund; employee welfare committees are established to plan and handle such matters.

This is to ensure that employee welfare activities are held smoothly in the following year

Employee welfare committees are reminded that before the end of December of this year

they should formulate the implementation plan and annual budget for the 2021 #EmployeeWelfareFund

Also, the committees should visit the Ministry of Labor’s online Labor Welfare Information Network system (address: https://bit.ly/32uGums) to complete reporting

*The Employee Welfare Fund Act stipulates that employers and employees of companies with 50 or more employees shall allocate benefits through the employee welfare fund, shall have established an employee welfare committee, and shall handle matters of employee benefits
