「休息日」之出勤較為彈性,其出勤性質屬延長工作時間,如你須於休息日工作,應經勞資雙方同意,並依勞動基準法第24條規定給付工資或補休(補休係依你的工作時間計算補休時數。)

「例假」屬強制性規定,俾以適當地中斷勞工連續多日之工作,保護其身心健康,雇主不得任意剝奪你此項權益。

 “ Hari istirahat” bersifat fleksibel, jika Anda bekerja di hari istirahat maka wajib disepakati oleh kedua belah pihak,pembayaran upah atau diganti dengan hari libur diatur pada undang-undang ketenagakerjaan pasal 24 (jika digantikan hari libur perhitungan libur berdasarkan dengan jam kerja).

 “ Hari libur tetap” aturan wajib diliburkan, agar pekerja tidak bekerja dalam jangka waktu terlalu panjang yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik dan mental,majikan tidak boleh semena-mena merampas

""วันหยุด""สามารถ ทำได้

ถือว่าเป็นการขยายเวลาทำงาน

หากคุณต้องทำงานในวันหยุด

ต้องตกลงกันเองระหว่างนายจ้างกับลูกจ้าง

และตามมาตรา 24 ของกฎหมายมาตรฐานแรงงาน

นายจ้างต้องจ่ายค่าจ้างหรือให้เวลาหยุดพักในวันอื่น

(จัดเวลาหยุดชดเชยตามชั่วโมงที่คุณทำงานในวันหยุด)

""วันหยุดประจำ""บังคับให้พนักงานพักผ่อน

ซึ่งทำให้พนักงานมีเวลาพักผ่อนหลังจากการทำงานหลายวัน

เพื่อสุขภาพกายและจิตของพนักงาน

นายจ้างห้ามละเมิดสิทธิในวันหยุดพักผ่อนของคุณ

Working on your “rest day” is flexible and is considered working overtime. Working on your rest day must be done with consent from both employer and worker, and must be paid wages or exchanged with another rest day (number of rest hours based on number of workinghours) in accordance with regulations on Labor Standard Act Art. 24.

“Holidays”are mandatory and serves to cut off several days of continuous work to protect the physical and mental health of workers. Employers must not arbitrarily deprive workers of these rights.

“Ngày nghỉ thường” đi làm sẽ linh hoạt hơn, tính chất công việc thuộc diện kéo dài thời gian làm việc, nếu bạn có nhu cầu đi làm trong ngày nghỉ thường, cần phải được sự đồng ý của chủ thuê và lao động, đồng thời trả lương hoặc bù ngày nghỉ theo điều theo Điều 24 Luật lao động cơ bản (căn cứ theo số giờ làm việc của bạn để bù giờ nghỉ).

“Ngày nghỉ cố định” thuộc tính chất quy định bắt buộc, với mục đích khiến lao động tạm thời gác lại công việc của nhiều ngày làm việc liên tục để nghỉ ngơi, dưỡng sức, chủ thuê không được phép tước đoạt quyền lợi này của người lao động.
