家庭看護工及幫傭的休假依勞資雙方所簽訂的勞動契約辦理。至於適用勞動基準法之外籍移工,勞工每7日中應有2日之休息,其中1日為例假,1日為休息日。此外法律規定應放假日,均應休假。

Ngày nghỉ của di công khán hộ công gia đình và giúp việc gia đình được xử lý theo hợp đồng lao động giữa chủ thuê và lao động ký kết. Còn đối với di công được áp dụng Luật Lao động cơ bản thì cứ trong vòng 7 ngày sẽ có 2 ngày được nghỉ, trong đó 1 ngày là ngày nghỉ cố định (bắt buộc) theo quy định, 1 ngày là nghỉ thường. Ngoài ra, thuộc luật pháp quy định ngày lễ, điều được nghỉ phép.
Rest days of family caregivers and household helpers are based on the labor contract signed by the employer and worker. For foreign workers to whom the Labor Standard
