你曾經在工作中遇到 #職場性騷擾 嗎?

各位頭家,更要以身作則好好守護為公司付出的員工

根據性別工作平等法第13條第2項規定,雇主得知工作場所發生職場性騷擾的情形時,應該採取「立即有效之糾正及補救措施」,包括:

1.啟動處理機制,審慎調查並設身處地被騷擾者的感受。

2.進行對行為人之糾正及對受害者的補救措施。

3.不得以員工已離職為由,而免除其責任。

※性騷擾行為人如果是雇主,受僱者或求職者除了可以依照事業單位內部管道申訴以外,也可以向地方主管機關提出申訴。

Have you ever encountered workplace sexual harassment in the course of executing your duties?

Regardless of gender, it’s important to protect yourself. The employers’ first priority is to protect employees.

According to Article 13 Item 2 of the Act of Gender Equality in Employment, when employers know of the occurrence of sexual harassment mentioned in the preceding article, immediate and effective correctional and remedial measures shall be implemented, including the following point:

1.Start handling the situation, investigate carefully and put yourself in the position of the harassed person.

2.Correct the actors and draw up remedies for victims.

3.The employer shall not be exempted from responsibility on the grounds that the employee has resigned.

* If the perpetrator of sexual harassment is an employer, employees or job applicants can appeal internally. They can also file a complaint with the local competent authority.
