有一張紙可以讓受傷的你帶著去就診，保障你的職災保險醫療給付權益。

#發生職災事故就醫時該做的事

勞保被保險人發生職業傷害或者罹患職業病有就醫需求時

應持「勞工保險職業傷病門診單或住院申請書」(簡稱職災醫療書單)

就診，確保職災保險醫療給付權益

#準備好三樣法寶到全民健康保險特約醫療院所就診

◆健保卡

◆身分證

◆投保單位填發的職災醫療書單

如果經醫師診斷為職業病，得由醫師開具職業病門診單

同樣享有職災醫療給付權益 

#關於那張職災醫療書單

如果投保單位沒有依規定發給，也可以向勞保局各地辦事處申領，經查明屬實後發給。

如果因為緊急傷病來不及領取職災醫療書單，就醫時聲明職災勞工身分，事後還是可以依規定向勞保局辦理核退自墊醫療費用喔！

According to the relevant Labor Insurance regulations, if the insured has suffered an occupational injury or contracted an occupational disease, the insured should take the Labor Insurance Occupational Injury/Sickness Outpatient Treatment Form or Labor Insurance Occupational Injury/Sickness Hospitalization Application Form (hereinafter referred to as the Occupational Accident Medical Form) issued by the insured unit, together with their national health insurance card and ID, to an NHI-contracted hospital or clinic. A portion of their medical expenses will be waived and meal fees for up to 30 days of hospitalization will be halved. If the insured unit fails to issue the forms as required by regulations, the insured can directly apply for the form at the local office of the Bureau of Labor Insurance, which will issue the forms after the situation is verified.

If insureds do not have time to obtain an Occupational Accident Medical Form due to a sudden injury or illness, they should declare their status as a insured of Labor Insurance suffering an occupational accident when seeking medical treatment. They can apply to the Bureau of Labor Insurance for reimbursement of paid medical expenses afterwards.
