依據勞資會議實施辦法的規定，

事業單位應召開勞資會議，勞資會議代表選派完成後，事業單位應將勞資會議代表及勞方代表候補名單報請當地主管機關備查

為了簡化企業在辦理勞資會議的行政流程

勞動部已經建置好「勞資會議代表名單線上備查系統」✨

事業單位使用工商憑證及自然人憑證

就可以透過線上申請通報勞資會議名冊

經縣市政府審查後完成備查程序！

A labor-management meeting is a good way to coordinate worker-employer relationships and promote worker-employer cooperation. According to the regulations, a business entity shall send the name list of representatives for both sides and alternate representatives for the labor side to the local competent authority, after the election and designation of labor-management meeting representatives are completed. In order to simplify the process，a business entity may use the MOEACA ID card and the Citizen Digital Certificate to send the aforementioned name list of representatives to the local government on the website from now on.
