暑期打工不論工時是全時或部分工時，雇主都要依規定在 #到職當日為同學們辦理參加勞(就)保險

Ｑ:要怎麼知道公司有沒有依法投保？或是有沒有依照正確的投保薪資級距，為同學們申報加保勞(就)保險？

----------------------------------------------------------------------Attention, don’t ignore your rights, when you work temporarily during the summer vacation. Please note that whether you are a full-time employee or a part-time employee working during the summer vacation, as long as there is a situation where you are paid for work and you need to be insured, your employer should apply for you to participate in labor insurance (employment insurance) # on the same day of employment.

Q: How do you know about the company's record of applying for labor insurance for employees, and about the salary reported by an insured unit?　

1. Inquire through Internet:

If the insured person owns the IC card type Citizen Digital Certificate issued by the Certificate Authority of the Ministry of the Interior (http://moica.nat.gov.tw) and has the card reader ready, he/she could then enter the Bureau’s website (https://edesk.bli.gov.tw/na/) to inquire about his/her personal labor insurance seniority and detailed insurance enrollment data.

2. Inquire Over-the-Counter:

The insured person should bring an ID bearing a personal picture (national identification card, driver’s license, passport, or health insurance IC card) to the local offices of the Bureau, where he/she can obtain labor insurance data right away.
