事業單位使用工商憑證及自然人憑證

就可以透過線上申請通報勞資會議名冊

經縣市政府審查後完成備查程序!

A labor-management meeting is a good way to coordinate worker-employer relationships and promote worker-employer cooperation. According to the regulations, a business entity shall send the name list of representatives for both sides and alternate representatives for the labor side to the local competent authority, after the election and designation of labor-management meeting representatives are completed. In order to simplify the process,a business entity may use the MOEACA ID card and the Citizen Digital Certificate to send the aforementioned name list of representatives to the local government on the website from now on.
