【228和平紀念日相關勞動權益】
2月28日為「和平紀念日」屬休假日(國定假日),雇主應依法給假並給薪。民間企業之出勤模式,如週一至週五為工作日、週六為休息日、週日為例假,因2月28日當日適逢例假或休息日,需要擇日補假。
又勞雇雙方如約定補假日在3月1日(星期一):
✅ 3/1應給勞工休假,工資照常發給。
✅ 雇主徵求勞工同意於3/1當日出勤者,工資加倍發給。

【Labor rights related to Peace Memorial Day on February 28】
According to the law, February 28 is a holiday for "Peace Memorial Day" (national holiday). An employer shall pay wages to a worker taking leave on such holiday.
When February 28 falls on a regular holiday or a rest day, a deferred day off will be granted. If the employer and the employee agree that the deferred day off falls on March 1 (Monday),
✅ Wages shall be paid by an employer to a worker taking leave on March 1.
✅ When an employer has obtained the consent of a worker to work on March 1, the employer shall pay the worker at double the regular rate for such work.
