【國慶日 #工資給付規定】#勞動權益報你知

身為國定假日的 #雙十節 ,希望大家好好放假休息慶祝

※國慶日當日雇主應依法給假並給薪

※雇主如果徵得勞工同意在當日出勤,薪資應加倍發給

如果當日適逢勞工的例假或休息日,雇主必須讓勞工於其他工作日補假,補假日期可以由勞資雙方協議(如勞資雙方依政府辦公行事曆,於10/9補假),並且補假當日將視為國定假日喲!

※National Day (10/10 Double Tenth Day) is a national holiday, employers should give leave and pay according to the law!

※If the employer has obtained the consent of a worker to work on a holiday, the employer shall pay the worker at double the regular rate for such work.

※When the holidays fall on regular holidays or rest days, a deferred day off will be granted. The deferred day off mentioned in the preceding paragraph is to be determined by consultation between employers and employees. The deferred day is regarded as a holiday!
