現在先了解,之後遇到了就不會驚慌失措

勞保被保險人因傷病事故,住院4日以上,住院期間薪水因此減少,可以向勞保局提出傷病給付申請薪水補償。

而且 #在婦產科診所住院安胎 ,而未能取得原有薪水,也能請領勞保傷病給付!

如果是職業災害所致傷病,不限住院,門診治療期間也能請領哦。

■申請時機

住院治療無法工作(職業災害所致不限住院,門診也可申請)

並因此未取得原有薪資

■申請條件

住院4天以上,不能工作的第4日起,住院期間薪水有少,可以申請薪水補償

■給付標準

普通傷病給付:(住院的總日數-3天)*事故前6個月平均日投保薪資*50%

職災傷病給付:(住院及門診治療期間-3天)*事故前6個月平均日投保薪資*70%

■Payment standard

Injury and sickness benefits of ordinary accident insurance: (total days of hospitalization-3 days) *average daily insured salary in the 6 months before the accident *50%

Occupational accident insurance's injury and sickness benefit: (total days of hospitalization and outpatient treatment -3 days) *average daily insured salary in the 6 months before the accident *70%
