❓連假出勤薪水怎麼算？

6/12週六=休息日👉提供休息日加班費。

6/13週日=例假日👉非有天災、事變或突發事件，不得請勞工出勤

6/14端午節=國定假日👉如有使勞工於國定假日出勤之必要，經勞資雙方協商同意，並加倍發給當日出勤工資。

⚠以上適用於事業單位如屬週一至週五為工作日、週六為休息日、週日為例假的出勤模式。

❓How to calculate the salary for holiday attendance❓

6/12 Saturday = rest day 👉 Overtime pay will be provided on a rest day.

6/13 Sunday = regular leave 👉Unless there are natural disasters, incidents or emergencies, workers are not allowed to attend work

6/14 Dragon Boat Festival = National Holiday 👉 If it is necessary to request workers to attend work on national holidays, it must first be negotiated and agreed by both employers and employees, and the wages must be doubled.

⚠The above is applicable to the attendance mode of public institutions where Monday to Friday are working days, Saturday is a rest day, and Sunday is a regular leave day.
