勞保被保險人退保後，原有的勞保年資會予以保留，未來再受僱從事工作參加勞保時，無論停保期間多長，勞保年資均會合併計算。

After the insured person withdraws from labor insurance, the original insurance seniority will be retained. If the insured person works again and participate in labor insurance, regardless of how long the insurance was discontinued, the original seniority will be jointly calculated with the subsequent seniority.
