領取勞保老年給付及超過65歲領取其他社會保險養老給付勞工再就業雖不能再參加勞保及就保，但可由雇主自願為其申報參加職業災害保險。如適用勞基法，雇主仍須依法為其提繳勞工退休金。

If a worker is ineligible for labor insurance and employment insurance due to his/her reception of the old-age benefits of Labor Insurance and other social insurance for workers aged above 65, the employer may enroll him/her in occupational accident insurance of Labor Insurance only. However, employers must still contribute to the Labor Pension for their employees
