根據《勞工保險條例》第6條規定，15歲以上、65歲以下的外籍勞工，如受僱於員工5人以上的工廠、公司、行號、新聞、文化、公益、合作事業，應以雇主為投保單位，參加勞工保險為被保險人。
According to Article 6 of Labor Insurance Act, for foreign workers who are above 15 years old and under 65 years of age and are hired by factories, companies, corporations, news, cultural, public welfare and cooperation organization which hire more than 5 employees, as well as foreign workers employed in the fishing industry, should use their employer as the insured unit and participate in Labor Insurance as insured persons.
